Tenants share a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry facilities, dining areas and comfortable living spaces. The shared recreation room also includes a Smart TV.
Each private bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, desk, chair and nightstand. Wireless internet and utilities are included, along with electric heating and cooling. A full-time caretaker lives on the lower level of the home.
The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

History of the Egloff House
The Egloff House was designed and built in 1938–1939 during the Art Deco era. Its sleek lines, geometric patterns and distinctive architectural features reflect the character of the period.
After the 2008 flood, the home was restored and later listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Members of Community Benefit–Mason City, the organization responsible for the property, subsequently transferred ownership to the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation.
Today, the Egloff House continues to serve the community by providing flexible housing while preserving an important piece of Mason City’s architectural history.
